Mohd Redzuan Jumadi

As a co-founder and shareholder of IDT TIJARI SDN BHD, Mohd Redzuan Jumadi brings a wealth of expertise in Facility Engineering Management and a strong foundation in science and technology. Holding a Degree in Science (Physics) from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM), Redzuan combines analytical precision with industry-leading knowledge to drive operational excellence and strategic growth.

With over 15 years of experience in the Facility Engineering Management Industry, Redzuan has been instrumental in developing efficient, sustainable, and high-quality solutions tailored to the evolving needs of stakeholders. Prior to his industry leadership, he served as a lecturer at INTEC UiTM for two years, imparting valuable knowledge and expertise to future professionals.

His dedication to innovation, quality, and continuous improvement forms the backbone of IDTT’s commitment to excellence, ensuring the company remains at the forefront of industrial and facility engineering management services.

Omar Aliman

Engineering Consultant | Expert in Research & Innovation

With a distinguished career spanning over two decades, Omar Aliman has established himself as a leader in education, research, and consultancy, contributing invaluable expertise to the industry. His journey began in 2002, when he dedicated himself to technology innovation and management as Deputy of Technology Innovation & Management Sdn. Bhd., laying the foundation for his deep-rooted commitment in advancing engineering solutions.

Omar later took on the role of Senior Estimator Engineer at AMEN Engineering International LLC, where he honed his technical and analytical skills in engineering estimation and project management. In 2008, he transitioned into academia, joining Universiti Malaysia Pahang as a Researcher and Consultant, where he played a pivotal role in research-driven advancements and industrial collaborations.

Armed with a robust educational background, Omar holds:

• Master’s Degree in Optical Engineering from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Hanyang University, Seoul

Mastura Hanafiah

Mohd Khairi Jamaludin

With nearly two decades of expertise in facility engineering and management, Mohd Khairi Jamaludin has built a solid career in technical operations of healthcare facilities, and industrial maintenance.

Khairi began his professional journey in 2005 as a Technician at YORK Malaysia, where he honed his technical skills in air conditioning and mechanical ventilation systems. His drive for excellence led him to DAIKIN Malaysia in 2009 , where he progressed to Senior Technician, gaining extensive experience in advanced HVAC solutions.

In 2012, Khairi transitioned into Hospital Concessionary Companies, where he played a crucial role in facility operations, healthcare compliance, and infrastructure efficiency. His expertise and leadership ultimately earned him the role of Facility Manager, a position he held until 2023, overseeing critical facility functions and ensuring optimal performance in complex healthcare environments.

Khairi holds several prestigious technical certifications, reinforcing his commitment to industry excellence and continuous learning:

Mohd Azuli Alias

Southern Region Manager | Expert in Marine Engineering & Industrial Maintenance

With a distinguished career spanning over two decades, Mohd Azuli Alias brings a wealth of expertise in marine engineering, ship repair, and industrial maintenance. A graduate of the Malaysian Maritime Academy (ALAM) & Pelita Akademi, Azuli holds a Certificate of Competency (CoC) Class 2 in Marine Engineering, equipped him with specialized technical knowledge and leadership skills.

Azuli began his career in 2001 as a certified Seafarer with MISC, where he built a strong foundation in marine operations and engineering. In 2014, he advanced into a leadership role as Head of Department (HOD) for a marine and ship repair company under Malaysia Marine and Heavy Engineering Holding Berhad (MHB), overseeing critical maintenance, repair, and operational strategies.

Since 2020, Azuli has further expanded his expertise in mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems, focusing on maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO). His tenure in Spark Group of Companies has solidified his reputation as an industry leader, driving innovation and efficiency in facility and engineering management.

With a strong commitment to operational excellence, technical expertise, and leadership, Azuli continues to play a pivotal role in ensuring high-performance engineering solutions across the southern region.

Maslinda Jamaludin

Manager, HR & Admin | Expert in Human Resource & Organizational Management

With extensive expertise in Human Resource Management and Administration, Maslinda Jamaludin has built a strong foundation in corporate operations, employee engagement, and organizational development.

A graduate in ICSA from Baitulmal Professional Institute, Maslinda launched her career in 2004 as an HR Administrator at RHB Bank, where she played a pivotal role in talent management, policy implementation, and workforce optimization. Over the span of 11 years, she honed her leadership skills, driving HR strategies that enhanced productivity and workplace harmony.

In 2016, Maslinda joined IDT TIJARI SDN BHD as Manager of HR & Admin, where she leads the Administrative & Human Resource Unit with efficiency, professionalism, and a people-first approach. Muhammad Azlan Yusuf

BDU Manager & Chargeman | Expert in Facility Engineering & Electrical Systems

With over two decades of experience in electrical engineering and facility management, Muhammad Azlan Yusuf is a Competent Chargeman (BO 11kV) & Competent Wireman (PW4) with a proven track record in hospital infrastructure, maintenance, and operational efficiency.

Azlan began his career in 2001 as a certified wireman in the electrical industry, building a strong foundation in electrical systems, power distribution, and technical troubleshooting. In 2012, he transitioned into Hospital Concessionary Companies, bringing his expertise to critical healthcare facilities where operational reliability is paramount.

Throughout his chargemanship tenure from 2012 to 2024, Azlan played a vital role in facility engineering and electrical maintenance, serving at RADICARE, UEM Edgenta, and Tung Shin Hospital. His extensive hands-on experience in maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) of electrical and mechanical systems has made him an indispensable asset in ensuring compliance, efficiency, and safety in complex facility environments.
